At KOTOBUKIYA ONLINE, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and hangtags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
